I give you BUNS!  This recipe from Against All Grain is a real winner! These buns bake up fluffy with a wonderful crackling on top.  They have a slightly sweet after taste, making them the perfect accompaniment to ...just about everything I can think of.  They would be great to make for a party and can be made as mini buns, as well.  I really loved these and couldn't believe how much like "real" buns they tasted!  If you've been Paleo for awhile, you know how exciting it can be to find a bread substitute, especially one that so closely resembles the grain counterpart.  Try these, you'll be glad you did!
